Click ad Oriente

Click ad OrienteIl Circolo Fotografico Friulano strizza l’occhio all’oriente.

On Tuesday 8th April 2008 there will be the press conference to present the tenth edition of Udine Far East Film Festival and to publicize the general programme of the event. We can announce a great number of guests and among these, at the opening of the Festival, a famous director for the first time in Udine, though Udine has somehow contributed to his popularity in the West. Another great director, good friend of the FEFF, will be here with us at the end of the Festival!

Where can I sleep if I go to the Far East Festival? Not on the theatre armchairs, of course!
Here’s a list of hotels, B&B, rooms in private houses where you can find accommodation during the festival.

Benvenuti

This is the Blog of the Far East Film Festival.
Our Blog will enable us to have a more direct and immediate exchange with those who are interested in our Festival, those who want to follow its progress and also with those who know us already and want to know more or say something personally.
The Blog will not replace our official website, where, as always, the Festival’s screening programme can be found, with a daily updated schedule, as well as all the essays about the current and previous editions of the festival.
The Blog completes the Official Web Site with added information and provides the chance to have a direct connection with our consultants in Asia and with the Festival’s organizers, i.e., us!

We would like to ask for your help in promoting our event. By clicking on the Promote Feff window, you can find our banner, our logo and other different possibilities of online promotion. Please do publish them and ask your friends to do the same! If you happen to have better ones, we’ll be happy to use them!

Please use “fareastfilm” as a tag when posting your stuff on your blog, Youtube or Flickr.

The Accreditation window will be updated daily with info about the price of tickets, accreditations, and where to sleep, eat and have fun. All the basic information can be found on the official Web Site, whilst in our Blog you can find that little bit extra with more personal comments.

Here is the first piece of news: accreditation applications for the White Tiger and Black Dragon are now open. They are the same as last year’s but with one difference: there will be two prizes, the Audience Award and the Black Dragon Award. The latter will be voted for only by those who decide to support FEFF with their accreditations.

We’ll back soon with more news and info.
